Who won at last night’s Quoted Company Awards 2011?

Last night saw the annual Grant Thornton Quoted Company awards take place at the Natural History Museum in London. This prestigious event, now in its seventh year, is aimed at smaller quoted companies and entrepreneurs, recognising their achievements in the UK marketplace.

The 2011 awards ceremony was held in the cavernous main hall of the Natural History Museum and was hosted by BBC newsreader Mishal Husain.

Philip Secrett, Partner in Capital Markets, who gave the welcome speech, said of the evening:

“The Grant Thornton Quoted Company Awards once again showcased the firm’s position and commitment to the listed company sector. The awards, which recognise excellence in the growth company sector continues to be one of the most high profile City events on the calendar attended by over 800 guests, including quoted companies, investment banks, brokers, fund managers, investment analysts, and corporate advisors.”

There were 11 award categories including Chairman of the Year, Entrepreneur of the year and Deal of the Year. The full list of winners is as follows:
